The facilities operated by FGSU include:
Hothouse training unit.
Rescue set (purpose built house used for SAR training)
Hospital wing (used for BA training)
Drager cages for confined space training
Multi simulator wide bodied aircraft.
Fire screen (simulating a side section of a bulk fuel storage tank)
Under wing and cylinder simulators
Tray and large bund fires are also set-up and managed by the FGSU staff.
FGSU also supports the trials facilities used at MOD DFTDC Manston.
